Mean Gene Young, one of the oldest and most respected Bluesmen in Salt Lake City, is hanging up his drumsticks. Gene has kept time in this town for decades— originally as a member of the legendary Temple Timers to recently playing with Harry Lee & the Back Alley Blues Band. This year, Geno is retiring—and we’re throwing a party to celebrate the rhythm he gave us all. Featuring 3 of the area's best blues bands - and lots of special guests/jamming!
